Vertical Aerospace
Airframe Structures Organisation Recovery
Selected to lead the recovery of a large, multi-disciplinary airframe structures organisation spanning fuselage, wing, pylons, empennage, landing gear, canopy & ejection systems, and propellers across both primary and secondary structures — stabilising delivery, rebuilding confidence, and aligning teams and suppliers to programme milestones and certification needs. Resulting in successful completion and Permit to Fly for the second prototype aircraft.
Vertical Aerospace — VX4 Programme
Prototype Aircraft Delivery & Test Programme
Led programme delivery for the first VX4 prototype aircraft from clean-sheet design through build, first flight, and flight test campaign, bringing disciplined planning, governance, and evidence management in a safety-critical environment.
Dyson Electric Vehicle Programme
EV Powertrain Programme Recovery
Led the highest-risk area of the vehicle programme, covering battery, propulsion, and power electronics. Recovered a programme that had failed a key gateway twice, restoring alignment and achieving a successful gateway pass within 8 weeks.
Ricardo Technical Consulting
Global Engineering Programme Delivery
Delivered complex, time-critical programmes for global automotive and advanced technology clients across a 16-year consulting career, including high-risk emissions certification across 26 vehicle applications in under 8 months.
Spanning programmes from hybrid scooters for the Indian market to supercar engine development, icebreaking emergency escape vessels, semi-autonomous aircraft taxi systems, and high-profile 8D root cause investigations.
